Good product at a good price, fast delivery and very well packaged. Would be nice if they had live stock levels on their web site to save having to email to check but generally very happy with my purchase.

I emailed to confirm stock levels, placed the order the next day and my items were delivered 2 days later. A fast and efficient service all round and at a decent price.

I had a few questions about a GoTo telescope I was planning to purchase. Got good advice from the staff member I spoke to - and a recommendation for a power supply that was smaller and cheaper than the one suggested by the telescope manufacturer. Goods arrived promptly and appear to be in good condition.

I ordered a set of zoom binocs. Had phone call thanking for order, messages re postal progress, then silence and no field glasses. I enquired and they had just returned to the company. Delivery Co. Failed to find my house. The glasses were re posted immediately and came a day later. Very sstisfactory. W B Sequeira

Excellent price and excellent service I bought a new Celestron telescope based mainly on price. They had the cheapest price. service was better than I expected. They called to explain there would be a short (2 day) delay because it wasn't in stock, but it was in stock at the supplier. I got an email 2 days later when it was dispatched and it arrived the next day. It arrived well packaged, with the extras I ordered in the same box. I set it up the same day and I'm already viewing the night sky.
