Great service, very helpful when I asked for advice and my order came swiftly, brilliant.

Placed an order with Rother Valley Optics for a tripod and binocular adapter. As it happens the adapter was out of stock but rather than just not send one the guys called and offered an alternative brand and refunded the difference in price straight away. Upon delivery I discovered that a locking screw on the tripod was damaged but yet again the staff delivered fantastic service and all it took was one email and a replacement screw was dispatched. Would have no problems recommending this business to others and will definitely be using them again.
