Really helpful advice over the phone to a complete novice and delighted with my eventual purchase. Also impressed with the speed of response to other questions i had raised after I'd received it an assembled it (it had arrived a day ahead of schedule which was great because the scheduled date was for when i had to return to work). The scope looks really impressive and when it decides to stop raining on my days off I can't wait to get started.

I phoned first to confirm the item was actually in stock, it was. I then ordered it online. It was delivered very quickly, it was well packaged and it was exactly as described. Over all it was great service.

Very often they have lower prices than other websites, and stock of things others miss. Excellent customer service pre and post sale, will definitely keep buying from RVO in the future.

Don't be put off by the request to check stock because, in my experience with Rother Valley Optics the answer has been yes, against "generally in stock".
