I recently purchased a Williams Optics Telescope from Rother Valley Optics and found the staff to be very helpful, I had not checked stock levels and had ordered an item that was out of stock. I had a prompt message explaining that there was a bit of a wait on stock, I was offered a few options on how I could proceed and chose to get a slightly better telescope with a field flattener/reducer. All items turned up the next day, no issues at all, all items in perfect condition. The staff are very helpful and are always happy to offer advice and I look forward to my next purchase from RVO as I know I will get a top notch service. I just wish I could order clear sky from RVO
