The website provided very good information to guide my purchases. An email question was answered immediately. The goods when ordered arrived very quickly. Because one item was not in stock I was immediately re-funded. Perhaps a little TOO efficient? A text letting me know that an item was not in stock and asking me if I wanted to select an alternative might have been better, even if this meant a slight delay in delivery.

Very helpful staff who provide the personal touch. Even though I had ordered and paid for a couple of items, they called and explained that one of them was on back order and would be delayed for an indeterminate period of time. They suggested a refund and a phone call when back in stock. Refund processed straight away. The other item arrived very quickly and well packaged. Good, honest customer service..! Will definitely use as my primary source of all things Astro..!
