Same as all of these companies that they give a higher initial quote to entice you in and then it’s lowered based on the condition of the car, there was also a delivery cost but this is consistent across customers regardless of where you live

All arrangements for the selling and collection of my car were perfect.

After being offered what I considered a ridiculously low offer from another company I decided to try Best Car Buyer after my daughter recommended them. The amount they offered was £750 more than the other company & it was £99 for the car to be collected as I don't live near a drop off point. The driver checked all the paperwork & keys then sent photos & a video to be checked by head office. He even noticed a tiny dent on the roof which I hadn't seen before, so he was very thorough but I was still offered the full amount,I'm sure other places would've tried to knock the price down but with this company there was no issue which was great. The money was transferred into my bank whilst the driver was still there & it arrived in about 15 mins. I would recommend using Best Car Buyer to anyone who doesn't want the hassle of selling privately, they're upfront about the price they give you, don't haggle and make the whole process effortless & you don't ever feel like you're being ripped off by shady people.
