Apart from giving me the best price for my car (and a fair one at that), they were amazingly efficient and friendly. Ian in particular, took the time to explain the process which turned out to be oh so easy. Basically there was nothing for me to do but get the documents together, send some photos and agree a time for the car to be collected. All the paperwork was handled by them. Derek, the guy collecting the car was great too. He was punctual and very efficient. Overall, it was amazingly easy. Can't fault it. Highly recommend them.
