This is the second time I have used best car buy, they are honest, helpful and do not mess you around financially. I wish I had used them years ago, would have been better than breaking finance deals. When they turn up they confirm the money which they have offered and it’s in your account in 20 mins - would recommend every time - thanks Lauren and the team ;)

BestCarBuyer were recommended to me when I bought a used car in Hull and hoped for a better price for my old car than I would receive from a part-exchange. I applied for a valuation via the website and was happy with the estimate. A couple of phone calls resulted in my sending a few phone pictures of my car and the valuation being confirmed, subject to a visual inspection. I took my car to the CarSupermarket premises in Hull the next afternoon, where the offer for my car was confirmed. Bank transfer of funds took about ten minutes, while I waited in a comfortable seat with some chilled mineral water. I was then offered a lift to the dealership where I was to collect the new car. Altogether a smooth and stress-free experience, and I was impressed with staff member Charlie Pickering, who is efficient, knowledgeable and capable. I can recommend this company.

Absolutely incredible service. Worked with Lauren to get our car sold. Was made a guaranteed offer which we accepted. Took the car to the drop off location and within 15 minutes after arriving, the car had been checked, finance settled, balance paid into my bank account and we were out of there. Very very impressed.
