Very bad service

I’ve ordered room thermostat online from this web site. After week and a half from confirmation of my order nothing arrived. I’ve contact them directly and no one was able to tell me what is going on. Ask for refund!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Unforseen problems occur occasionally for anybody and you never really know how good a company is until one happens. I spoke to James and he rectified the issues quickly and professionally with a friendly manner. I will definitely be buying with confidence from Plumb Arena again.

Very fast, efficient.

Part ordered, and was dispatched almost before I’d got the kettle on. Excellent. The only thing I’d add is they use one of the smaller carriers and I happened to be out when they tried on a Friday, so it was quicker for me to go to the carrier’s depot at the weekend and pick it up. Simple Royal Mail for a hand sized package might have been better.

Disappointing service - Plumb Arena unresponsive

Plumb Arena notified me that my order placed on 31 March 2018 was processed on 3 April 2018 but still not received 9 April. Cannot contact Plumb Arena - doesn't answer (multiple calls). Company does not reply to recorded messages. Company does not respond to call back request. Company does not answer email. Disappointing.

Had too many issues with this company

Had too many issues with this company. Poor service, parts not sent out causing late delivery. Had to threaten a credit card charge back to get £200 refund on out of stock part. I was told lies about the refund. Lost all trust in them. I’ve learnt my lesson and given them more than one chance to mess up. When they mess up they fail to put things right in a timely manner. You’ll have to constantly chase them up. Good Luck in contacting them... no response to e mails. No call back from phone messages. Takes ages to get though on the phone as you can’t hold in queue. Threaten a chargeback and they’ll answer your email. I’ll avoid them in the future. There’s a reason why they’re one of the cheapest online.
