Great service and a quality fire. Came early and well packaged. Great looking fire which really throws some heat out and not noisy. Really pleased we chose this fire and Plumb Arena to deliver for us.

Superb

Superb. Ordered a new cover for the controls on an elderly boiler plus a thermostat knob. They arrived the next day. New labels for the circuit diagrams and boiler specification were also provided. We were thinking we might have to soak them off the old broken parts. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.

I couldn’t be more happy

I recently purchased a vokera RF…

I recently purchased a vokera RF thermostat online from this company and it was faulty. I had contacted vokera boilers HelpLine and they talked me through the setup process and it still showed a E82 fault code they stated that the unit may be faulty. I sent two emails and contacted them by phone but have not received any response. All I want is to get a replacement and how to return the faulty unit.
