Good Advice - Good Service

Phoned for advice and very knowledgeable. Ordered the product and despatched as promised, slight glitch with the courier not leaving a card but not Plumb Arena's fault. All in all a good experience. Recommended.

Excellent customer service just when I needed it!

Having spent time and effort trying to get local plumbers to respond to my calls to change a motorised valve on my immersion tank in the house we have just sold, to no avail..... (thank you to all who couldn't even be bothered to return my calls), I decided to tackle the job myself. Sourced Plumb Arena on the net, mainly on competitive pricing for the part, ordered online and within 2 working days the part was with me. I was updated by email at all stages of its delivery and the valve arrived well packaged. I have now successfully fitted the part and am looking for a decent plumber in my locality to fit a new bathroom & kitchen in the house we have just purchased. Unlucky for those who obviously thought my predicament wasn't a lucrative enough job & thank you Plumb Arena for understanding what good old fashioned customer service is still all about and that no job is too small!

Programme power!!!

Ordered the programmer on the advise of my plumber and was impressed with the ease of ordering and the excellent service received. Delivery was also very quick. Will most definitely use this company again.

Unanswered email and refund of carriage charge not processed

Company advised me that my item would be delivered on the 9th September, it actually arrived on the 11th and from the label had clearly been dispatched on the 10th. I was told that the delay would be investigated and a refund of the carriage charge issued but I have heard nothing, despite replying to their email asking whether it had been investigated and whether the refund had been processed. The item was a good price but unfortunately the customer service is not so good

Great customer service

Bought from heating thermostat to replace old one and chose Plumb Arena as they were the most competitive online. Very pleased with the speed of delivery and customer service as I got a call to check the delivery address. Postcode didn't match the courriers' system and they were concerned it might not reach us. Many wouldn't have bothered...
