Denturly Liverpool are wonderful I had the pleasure of Miesha looking after me from start to finish. She was so easy to contact and would reply very quickly. Same thing happened to me please get in touch via jay dot roy at live dot co dot uk so we can take these cowboys to court. I luckily cancelled my scan and dentures as they tried to get me to sign a disclaimer i.e poor fitting dentures and i cant get my money back, which fool would sign that. They must bank on people not reading the small print. So any more people scamned out of £99.99 which i was told was a deposit to start treatment. Taking this up with my credit card company 1975 act. At no time was i told it was not refundable, otherwise do you think i would sign up.

They don’t even deserve 1* absolute sham company, they’ve had my mum as a customer for months they haven’t carried out any treatment on her, constantly cancelling appointments, allowing her to turn up to the clinic to tell her her appointments cancelled, she’s had days off work losing money, she’s made complaint after complaint to be told ‘we’ll ring you back’ and no one ever contacts her from the clinic to update her on the matter, they’ve had £1000 from her to “make the dentures” and she’s been left with no dentures and no information as to what’s going on with her money! This process started in May/June and she was told from start to finish with denture fitting would be 2 weeks!! It’s now August, it’s disgusting and not one person can explain to her what’s going on! She hasn’t had any correspondence from them via email since July, they’ve just took her money and are not dealing with the matter! Why hasn’t a refund been processed? The next step will be involving solicitors, more money wasted and more stress added to her! This company is a complete scam stay away!

My whole experience from start to finish has been amazing. Roshanak and Patricia were lovely and very helpful. Roshanak talked me through all of my options and gave me very good advice. I felt very valued and that my opinions were respected throughout. I am very happy with my new smile.

Everyone was really friendly and reassuring it took 3 visits and my new dentures were fitted really pleased with the result Ayat and all the staff were really great.
