Very professional, Liked the way I was welcome back and informed what the procedure /plan was for me in my Denturly stage. I was updated and was frequently asked how I was feeling. It was a flawless. Sabreen was the Dentist Nosheen the Nurse Thanks guys for giving back my smile.

Treatment of my mum

Made appoint for my mum who has dementia, the staff/dentist at the Stockport branch we’re amazing with mum. Made her at ease throughout treatment and chatted to her whilst receiving the treatment. On return visit 2 weeks later, this time at the Oldham dental clinic we returned for checkup.it was explained mum said the bottom denture hurt her. The dentist who saw mum this time was just as lovely as then dentist at stockport. He found a tiny bit of tooth that had been left in from couple years ago. This was removed and the difference this overall treatment has made to mum who is now eating well and enjoying her food is unbelievable . A big mention to Chloe, Thankyou you so much for your kindness to mum and myself . Guys! Don’t ever change! , you all have a beautiful bedside manner. Thank you again

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Paid £99.00 for what I was told was a scan. When I turned up the receptionist asked me for £700 as an upfront payment for the treatment. This was not explained to me at the time. Seems like a bit of a scam to me. Off to the small claims court on Monday. Be warned! (Just had a reply from this outfit. Total pack of lies. I was never at any time told it was a pay upfront deal.) Another reply. I am not stupid enough to think I’d get treated for nothing. I am annoyed that I was clearly told the £99 was for a scan to ensure I had enough bone to start the treatment. Had I been assured that I had I would have proceeded. If I had paid you £700 then been told I needed further treatment after the scan, you would have been paid that money for nothing. From your response, I can only believe that you are a bunch of liars. You have lost my trust so keep your support team to yourself. I’ll see you in the small claims court for the £124.00 you have been paid by me for nothing.

It's a fabulous feeling to be able to…

It's a fabulous feeling to be able to smile with an open mouth after so long of hiding away! I've been given new found confidence and I couldn't have asked for better treatment. I've seen a few dentists who were all really good, reassuring and friendly, Atif was great as was Spencer ,who did an excellent job in designing them exactly how I wanted and the rest of the dentists were very good too, but special mention to Chloe, who straight away made me feel like I didn't have to be embarrassed, she was so reassuring and friendly, answered my questions and just put me at ease. It's not easy when you have a phobia and have hidden away in shame for so long, but they all made me feel like it was perfectly natural and I wasn't made to feel embarrassed at any stage - largely thanks to Chloe being so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to all the team!

Excellent service from denturly.

Cannot fault the service that I received from denturly. Every stage of my treatment was first class, a the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, a special mention for my Dentist Valeri who explained every part of my treatment at every appointment. Score out of 10, I have to award this company 11+. Would thoroughly recommend using this company.

Spencer - great dentist

I was very anxious of going to Denturly. However I found the experience very professional. Spencer, dentist and nurse Nasheen were brilliant in describing the procedure. Spencer thank you once again to listening to what I wanted and not what others would have told me.

Qasim and Chloe amazing

Qasim and Chloe made me feel very at ease and explained what procedures were going to happen and how. Absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. My confidence is coming back

Amazing experience.

I have had bad experiences and was scared of my dentist, but my teeth had got to the stage where I needed to get them fixed. I was depressed and had stopped smiling. My teeth were an embarrassment. I did research into places and found Denturly. It was very highly rated and had great reviews. So I plucked up the courage to book an initial assessment to see what they could do for me. On my first visit I was made to feel welcome. It was relaxed and not once did I feel uncomfortable or ashamed about my teeth. I was talked to in an understanding manner. I was given all the information of how they could help and had answered any questions I had. It was quite a long list!! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. The appointments were thorough and explained at every step. Although on the day of my tooth extractions (13 teeth!!) I was scared. I was supported and made to feel comfortable. My extractions went without pain. I didn't realise they had pulled them all they were so quick and painless. I had my dentures fitted straight after my extractions and it has been an easier process than I had imagined. I would like to say massive thank you to the whole Denturly team, especially Chloe (dental nurse) and Val (dentist) who dealt with me and made my visit painless and comfortable. They were caring and supportive. I would definitely recommend this practice.
