Don’t hesitate - make an appointment!

After suffering from extreme dental phobia since a traumatic experience at ten and reaching a point where my teeth were in a dreadful state, I was so, so scared of undergoing treatment. But the Denturly staff were amazing, kind, empathetic, reassuring and endlessly patient. There was no hard sell, and although I was advised of more expensive options than the one I chose I never felt pushed in that direction. Now, for the first time in my life, I have a smile I’m proud to put on display, and I’m so happy and relieved I could jump for joy. So if, like me a few weeks ago, you’re nervously looking at dentist reviews and wondering if Denturly would be a good choice, my advice would be don’t hesitate - book a consultation. It’s one of the best decisions I ever made!

Denturly assured my mum she would get…

Denturly assured my mum she would get dentures that did not need fixadent. This was not the case. My mum paid £1100 for a service and a product which did not meet the advertisement on their website. She has a pair of dentures she can not wear but told to take them anyway. They tried a second time by taking a mould from her old NHS dentures that do not fit her. The mould came back it obviously did not fit again. Sent for the complaint procedure, sent in letter of complaint requesting a full refund for service and product not matching advertisement. They answered with a resounding no to no refund. Now in the hands of Ombudsman. They took my mum's money and think they can keep it. Please this is an advisory for anyone wanting to deal with Denturly in Liverpool to go elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly

Went to Denturly Birmingham on Hagley Road on the 10th February. Was put at ease from day one by Sabreen & Nosheen. Went for my scan on the 17th February & on the 3rd of March had my one tooth denture fitted. Very pleased with the friendly staff.

Fantastic dentist and support staff, company's new payment strategy absolutely disgusting, demanding payment before my final appointment,made to feel pressured into payment before I could confirm product was fit purpose which is my consumer right,however to reiterate product and staff in clinic fantastic and follow up call after appointment was appreciated

Just Perfect!

My dream team; Houmayraa & Saba From consultation to fitting, 3 visits. Everything went perfectly. I was nervous about the multiple extractions, but I needn't have worried at all. My reveal was tearful but, they were only happy tears. I've had a call today to check how I'm doing & appointment for check-up in 10 days. Perfect service all round, I really couldn't be happier. Recommend, 100% yes!
