Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and friendly, If we move again, will definitely use again.

The move itself was smooth but the team on the day were hampered by what they were given. The van wasn't really suitable for the delivery address - it was too large. The initial questionnaire asked specifically about this. The crew needed reinforcements who helped them unload in time. Again I think the initial estimate was a bit too optimistic. Can't fault the crew who moved us or the office staff but I think the estimator and initial planning was a bit awry.

Just moved 3 days ago and can safely say was a pretty bad experience, however the guys from Stephen’s were amazing! Let me explain….We had the full packing service and on day one most of the house was packed and loaded…the chaps hardly stopped. They talked us through the plan, polite, courteous and in amongst 3 dogs, 2 cats and us, worked around our needs. Day 2 everything loaded into a second truck by 9:30 allowing to to clean the house and leave without stress mid morning. We arrived at our new place around 1pm to find that the sellers were still early in process of moving out with furniture and bits everywhere. Rather than waiting around the guys from Stephen’s pitched in to assist with getting the house cleared, loading the sellers furniture, etc onto other vans. The delays meant the job wasn’t complete till 7pm with a long drive back, and can only imagine they didn’t finish until 9pm. A long day, but no fuss…just cool heads and constantly positive and happy crew. Brilliant.

I recently used Stephens for house removal and storage. I have used them on a few occasions previously. The service I received, from the initial enquiry, the removal itself - guys were calm, professional and super organised - and the subsequent liaison has all been excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

We had Stephens to pack up our house take everything into storage and then re deliver 9 months later to our new home. They were amazing every step of the way. The guys who packed and re delivered were lovely and went above and beyond to help us. After 9 months everything was in perfect condition and not a single item was damaged or broken. Highly recommend.

Have used Stevenson many times and always a very professional service. They rang to say whet time they would be arriving and gave the names of those who would be there, were very careful with the unloading of the furniture.
