DON’T USE MY PAY WEEKLY. They had £200 off me for my sofa i ordered in June. They told me I had to pay 4 months to show I can pay as they don’t take credit checks, which is fair enough. Then they said that the person that promised me after paying 4 months I could get it delivered, he had apparently left so they had no notes or anything that I could get it delivered. Then they said that they were short on van drivers so there was a delay… then they they said I had to pay £80 extra to get it delivered ASAP, which I said no (luckily) so they just took it off as a good will gesture. So they finally gave me a date that my sofa would be delivered to there warehouse 29th nov (today) and that my sofa would be delivered this week. So I’ve messaged them asking what the date would be and they’ve deleted their Facebook so messages won’t send at all. Then I’ve searched up and apparently they’ve gone into liquidation SINCE SEPTEMBER!!!!!!!! Loads of people have been told there getting sofas, flooring, furniture and it’s not coming anymore. I’m actually fuming. Got no sofa. I have to prove to the bank they’ve gone into liquidation and all I have is Facebook posts saying it. I’ve tried to ring and I was 1st in the que and it just ended the phone on me twice. Fuming isn’t the word.

My pay weekly …

My pay weekly have not had the decency to let their customers know that they cannot fulfil their commitment to complete orders, and yet still continue to take payments. And get cut off after a certain length of time in a queue when trying to call. Disgusting to say the least.

Ordered and paid for laminate flooring in July, from start to finish - perfect service. Honestly couldn’t fault this company. Ordered and paid for laminate flooring in august - a completely different service! Was booked in to have my livingroom and bedroom fitted for September. 2 days before my fitting was due, they contacted me to cancel due to stock issues. I was told this would be sorted within 3-4 weeks. This timescale passed with no communication, so I contacted them to ask for an update, I was told stock will definitely arrive on 29 November and that I would be booked back in to be fitted. I phoned today for an update, in a queue for just short of 2 hours, to be cut off when I reached position 1. Can’t contact them via Facebook, as it seems they have removed their page. Nightmare, been waiting since august, just been lied to over the past 3 months, excuses regarding stock used as delaying tactics. Obviously they had no intention of fitting my flooring, but they kept taking my payments and they now have £650 of my money. Devastated. I have contacted my bank to dispute this, but not hopeful of a positive outcome.

Disgusting

Disgusting! Been taking £10 a week off me I’ve paid over £200. They now have no Facebook page and no way of contacting them, right before Xmas when I’m a single parent. Please someone help me how I can contact the bank etc?

Shambles!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have three plans with MyPayWeekly. One has been paid off and I have received the item, although that was a drama in itself. The two other plans, one is paid over half and the other is nearly paid half. I have been on hold to MyPayWeekly for over 5 hours today, with every call, I have been cut off. I have emailed and they are not being responded to. I then went to their Facebook page to find that no longer exists. I have seen reviews on here and people sharing posts on Facebook and everyone is having the same issue. Payment has been taken and nothing in return. I am now out of pocket by near £700, a baby on the way and Christmas coming up, how could anyone be so heartless?! I have gone to my bank and I will be going to Trading Standards, too. Despicable company.

Awful customer service

I have sent email upon email requesting a call back. No reply. I sat on hold for 2 hours this morning only to get to front of the queue and be cut off.

SCAM AVOID

Made a purchase in Aug all going good. Now for the last 3 weeks no communication Facebook has been removed constant calls being put down!!!! Now I'm struggling and want my money back to worst thing is your still advertising sales knowing you are taking customers money!!!!!!!! Absolutely fumming mother of 4 children so close to Christmas and now £150 down!!!!!

I ordered a sofa from this company to be told I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for it. I have sent emails wanting my money back no reply and now am blocked on Facebook. Really not happy with them u get to number 1 on the phone and get cut off. I have had to order a sofa from somewhere else I just want my money back. But no email back from them
