In the same position as all you guys

In the same position as all you guys. Was meant to have 2 carpets fitted 30th September, had email to say this would be delayed round about 6 weeks. Contacted them about 5 weeks later to see what was happening to be told that they were getting a delivery of goods on 29 and 30 Nov and that I would get a call either of they days to arrange delivery/ fitting for the following week. Since seeing all the comments I've tried to contact them but no answer / reply. Totally fed up, these are carpets for my kids room and a new mattress. Roughly £600 out of pocket. Awful to do this to folks. I contacted my bank today and completed a charge back form so fingers crossed something comes back from it but I'm not holding my breath. Bunch of crooks and they should be jailed, still taking money from people's accounts. Karma is a wonderful thing 🤞

No refund

I have been waiting since the 13th of October for my refund witch I was told could take 30 days no longer now no 1 will reply to my emails or that I'm taking this further company is a shambles

Shocking treatment

I carnt give a ZERO for this company, I ordered sofas back in March of this year, ive now paid over £600, and nothing, they have ignored my calls,emails, and call backs, they have fobbed me off with shortage of drivers, which the whole country has been in same situation, but managing to get back to some sort of normalcy, ive rang my bank for advise on what steps to take next, and was told my pay weekly needs to be honest to customers, if the company is in administration, so all the loyal customers know whats happening, even a courtesy letter would be better, instead of being ignored, ive been told that staff are working from home as the offices are closed, so not sure whats happening, only that I would like my delivery, on the date I'm given, or I will be taking legal steps, so if I do magically get a reply to this and offered a call back, I do expect it, and not to be fobbed off again thinking it will keep me quiet, ive been very patient in all this,its totally unfair treatment, very disgusted with it all,

Order number 9786/77104/v2 Been a customer for a good few years and never had a problem until this year. Kept getting fobbed off about my order so cancelled to be told they keep £60 as a cancellation fee. Since been informed by citizens advice to take it further to trading standards as they cancelled my fitting date and left me without flooring so I should receive a full refund. Requested refund and surprise surprise I have not received it

This company are absolutely diabolical…

This company are absolutely diabolical from day one it has been such a hassle I have been contacting them multiple methods by messaging email and calling them never seem to get through to anyone unless I write them a bad review. Extremely helpful in the beginning when it is down to get in your payment details but from that moment on I have heard nothing from them I ordered a sofa over 25 weeks ago and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them in regards to delivery they have told me multiple occasions they do not know when they can deliver my goods. These people just pray on the people who cannot afford to buy outright furniture, never deliver goods I’m continue to take money from us. Many people waiting for a refund, never to get one!! I will be contacting my bank and taking this further. I would never ever be foolish enough to trust a company like this again. No interest and no credit check my backside !!!!! Just about taking peoples money.

Report my comments all you want 😆😆 saying I'm trying to ruin a good name. God my pay weekly I didn't know you were comedian's as well as scammers and drug dealers OK so Andrew Philip marley is the director. Also people who resigned last month are sean jobson and Keith ivison. These are the people who have stolen all our money. This is all facts as I got the information from government website Rang at 8.30 been number 1 in the queue for ages now. It is obvious there is no one working there anymore. Owner in prison Premises up for sale 2 owners have walked I've paid over £400 to these people ( if you can call them that) Payments are direct payment so has to be manually done. They've gone bust but manage to keep taking payments. Call fraud squad and open a case, get a reference and ring back and get refund. Or go to small claims court, costs about £50 and can claim compensation also.

Please read this before purchasing from this scam company it will cost you more in the end and is a hassle if you have issues. Seriously not worth the time or hassle.

Disgusting service from this company. I ordered some blinds, I payed my pre fitting balance and heard nothing about getting them fitted so I emailed them. I received a response stating they are suspending all delivery’s and fittings due to the HGV shortage 🙄 I decided to cancel my order due to them breaching multiple T&Cs. It is now 2 months since I requested my refund and all my pay weekly are doing is refusing to refund me. I’m a severely disabled person and had only just moved into my bungalow after being homeless for many years. As you can guess money was tight and still is tight due to COVID. I’m now out of pocket £140 and being forced to take legal action to get my money back this has added a further £35 due to court fees and a further £150 for legal advice so I’m now out of pocket £320. It’s disgusting how This company is operating. Just trying to talk to someone is a hassle I’ve been on the phone the passed two days for 5 hours just in queue without speaking to anyone. Please if you’re thinking about using this company due to being on a tight budget don’t. I used anothe pay weekly company for my flooring and have no issues with them whatsoever I payed my first 3 weeks with them and have already got my laminate flooring delivered it just needs to be fitted.

Cancelled order refund

I cancelled an order 34 days ago, I was told it takes up to 30 for it to be in your account. At day 29 I called. And was on hold for 55 minutes only to be told it takes exactly 30 days, she then told me a date that was actually 31 days, I. Was annoyed but accepted it, 31 days came and no money, over the past 2 days I've spent 15 hours in a phone que, every 2 hours it cuts off and I have to start again. I have sent countless emails and Facebook messages. It is an absolute joke. All I want it my money back, I would put everything I own in them already taking the cancellation charge off me and putting in their pocket yet I can't have My own money back? Disgusting stay well clear!!

Avoid like the plague!

I ordered a sofa months ago and was told 11 weeks ago i would be contacted about delivery received no contact and like everyone else i can't get a response from them. I will be going to trading standards and citizens advice and have spoken to my bank to try and get my money back
