This company really live up to their name - they are amazing!!! Nothing is too much trouble for them and their work is to a high standard. I had to change the dates of my installation a couple of times and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Also due to having a solar battery installed in my loft which hadn't been in the original plan I was worried that this might cause a problem. However the installers found a solution, making sure that the solar battery was safe but also giving me the maximum amount of loft coverage possible. They were so helpful and not put out at all by something that was not in the original instructions. I was very impressed with how kind and considerate they were. I am delighted with the work carried out and would highly recommend this company. Everyone I spoke to at Amazing Lofts, from the team on the phone to the surveyor and installers were excellent, professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you everyone for being so amazing!

Asked them for a quote for my loft, they didn't even bother to reply to me. If they can't do it, then l get that. However surely a polite reply to my email message is not asking for too much is it. If this is how they treat customers initially, then why would anyone trust them to do a job for you. Well what was wrong with using my email address then, the other companies managed that ok. There is no excuse, and what has this got do with other reviews. There are good, and bad there. Maybe if you spent more time looking after your own customers, then you would receive better reviews eh. In none of my replies have l ever confirmed to you that my mobile number is incorrect. You make stuff up as you go along it appears to me. Furthermore l have shown no bullying of you, or your staff, or any other companies. I share my reviews based on actual customer experience, and not fairytales. Oh l see that l also have 30 5 star reviews too, l noticed you didn't actually mention them did you.

Amazing lofts, one word WOW, that's what I would like to say for the work that's just been done in my loft. To start I would like to say thank you to Elliott who came and did my quote, he was professional helpful with every question I asked, and a couple of phone calls I made after. I would also like to say a thank you to Karen who kept us in the loop every step of the way. Last but by no means least a huge big thank you to Richard keon and Oscar who did an amazing job in the loft, they were professional kept my hallway clean and tidy, and all has a good sense of humour, 3 of the nicest tradesmen I have ever had in my home. I would throughly recommend this company. Real value for your money.

I was promptly contacted after an online enquiry and the survey was carried out a few days later and then I was lucky enough to be able to have the job done a week later. The installation team text me with an ETA on the morning of installation and came and did the job without any aggro whatsoever. They were polite, pleasant and did a good job overall. I would have given 5 stars, but I was slightly disappointed that the new loft hatch installed by the team needed a good wipe after they left because it was covered in grubby hand prints and the installed loft boards were still covered in saw dust. The rest of my house was left clean and tidy, so it's a shame that the installation itself was overlooked by the team!

Fantastic service from the lads. On time, very polite, clean and tidy our loft looks fabulous loads of storage and space, keep up the good work chaps highly recommend
