Half way though the installation, the young man had to leave as he said he wasn’t feeling well. I then had to call to chase when the job would be finished. The original installer said he would contact the office to arrange for someone to finish the job, which no one did. When I called the office to find out what was going on, they were not aware. The work was finally completed 3 days later.

We recently had boarding floors installed in our loft by Amazing Lofts, and overall, we’re very happy with the experience. Their customer service is excellent—quick to respond and reactive to our needs. The entire installation was completed in just one day, which was impressive. Although there were a few minor issues, the team promptly came back to fix them without any hassle. One recommendation I’d suggest is that they could double-check certain details with the client before installation, such as the placement of light switches and other small but important aspects. That said, they did a fantastic job at a fair price. The extra storage space has made a huge difference in helping us organize our home better. I definitely recommend Amazing Lofts to anyone considering similar work. They’re professional, efficient, and deliver great results!

From the survey to the installation they were the only ones that I felt they were doing what was best for me, personalised and customised to our needs and ideas. From hatch to board it’s the best I have seen, got a few neighbour with other companies (they are not bad but) this one is better.
