DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I got the set that has abalone in the handles. The knives that they market as "Damascus" are really just laser etched patterns. While the knives are sharp out of the box they do not hold an edge for long at all. Used mine 3 times and it's already dull. The honing steel is more like a diamond file; it just gouges and scrapes the blade. For what you get the price is outrageous. They blatantly lie in their marketing and ads. This site might as well be a shell company. The emails and phone numbers just lead to dead ends. Once again, DO NOT BUY FROM RAZAR KNIVES!

Expensive product, shocking customer service
I wrote a review just after Christmas due to my order taking over 6weeks! I finally received my husbands Christmas present in January, beachside of the review I left I was told by their support team that I would receive a knife block for my very expensive knife set I purchased!!! It is now towards the end of March and guess what? Absolutely nothing!!! A company that promise the quality and everything and can hardly deliver that!! They’ll reply to your email quickly and then you’ll be forgotten about!! Don’t be fooled! Also be careful with their knives as the handles break very easily, I was under the impression that they are hardy, amazing and last!! No they don’t! Don’t waste your money!!!!

Terrible experience and false advertising on lifetime warranty
Terrible experience, poor customer service and totally dishonest. I previously gave a poor review as I bought a set of knifes and one broke after a couple of months. I tried to get a replacement under the lifetime guarantee that they advertise and the actual response in writing I got back was “Please be aware that our lifetime warranty on damaged knives only applies to those that have manufacturer's defects when they arrive. This is why we have a 30-day return policy so that our customers can request a replacement within the first 30 days of receiving our knives”. I explained that this is not a lifetime warranty as advertised and in fact just a 30 day warranty. After I placed my review in December 2022, I was connected by a James at Razar Knives who apologised for the misunderstanding and said that if I took down the review, they would send a replacement knife by the end of January. Well I stupidly took down the review and now it is coming to the end of March and despite numerous email chases I just get the same response saying short staffed and they will let me know when the knife will be dispatched but can’t give me a date. It is clear that the replacement knife is not being sent and this was just a delay tactic to get me to take down the review. Therefore I would not buy anything from this company again as they are false advertising the lifetime warranty which is just a 30 day warranty and they lie to try and get you to remove a review. I I never post reviews on line and this is the first company that I have ever done this for, that’s how bad I think they are.

Probably not the best company
Probably not the best company. I bought a set of knives to find out that they just had a pattern of Damascus sketched on to them. Highly disappointing. Some of the knives on the website look like real Damascus but some are not. Marketing is not clear enough. I also had to email them after 2 weeks as I had no dispatch info and to their credit, the knives turned up 2 days later. I got a feeling if I didn’t email I would probably still be waiting.

Horrendous returns policy!
Purchased a knife set and knife block for Christmas. No correspondence on when this was shipped or to be delivered however both items arrived. My partner wanted a different knife block so I contacted Razar and requested I returned the original and instead purchased another item. I returned the knife block, to the address that they specified, however this item was returned to me as no one was present to sign for the item on site and then no one collected the item from the Post Office Depot. I have been emailing them about the returns since the 16 January asking them for a resolution i.e. they refund me for the original return given it is their error and pay for the new return themselves. Utterly disappointed with the response which has been 'Management are looking into this'. Struggling to understand how a management team can take over a month to discuss a missed return. Will not be buying from them again nor recommending them to anyone.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS
My husband ordered these knives from a Facebook post. If I could give you a zero I would. Look my husband placed the order to receive the knives and the block to hold the knives. The block was never shipped, we have had multiple correspondences about that. We asked for a refund and were asked to send pictures and all this other stuff. In the meantime, we were told the BLOCK was still two weeks out, it's January now. I want to return them and I was provided an RRN number but with little directive and I am forced to pay the return shipping costs and I am afraid we wont receive our refund. Buyer BEWARE
