The customer service is also excellent, as they have a very knowledgeable staff that was able to answer all of my questions. Further to my recent review my Knives have now arrived. They are very sharp and attractive to look at. Razar did come back to me and apologised for the delay. I still don't think I would order from them again.

I have decided to leave a review after a poor experience with the company and the product, i don't want anyone to fall in the same trap as me..... I did some research before buying the product as I did see alot of social media reviews. I now believe these reviews were constructed by staff, family and friends. The real people leaving bad reviews seem to real paying customers! The product seemed genuine and backed up by a guarantee which persuaded me buy in good faith. I bought the Phantom series for my partner before Christmas but they took 4 weeks to be delivered, no proper updates from the business or apology. We took very good care of the knives as they were very expensive and followed the instructions rigorously. We mainly used the large knives but only started using the small one 2 months ago, after a few uses we noticed a small hairline crack in the handle. I decided to report this to razar knives as it was unusual that it wasn't used a lot. As this was a high-end expensive product i thought I would receive good customer care, however this was not the case. The company seemed to take ages to get back to me, they brushed me off with a scripted response. They stated they only covered manufacturing faults when the product is received. I asked why this was the case as the product would be would need to be used in order to find out if there were any faults. I was not looking for a refund, I was only looking to swap the product out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THE PROUCT IS POOR QUALITY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE 0% SERVICE. * razar knives I'm happy to re dicuss my issue if you can be bothered to answer my email. You have very good marketing/pictures but can't provide service or good product. Anyone else having issues with RK get in contact!

So after a lot of to and from and them promising me a replacement knife for the one my handle is nearly falling off been about a month and nothing these really are a terrible lot for customer services the worst I’ve had in a long long time

Shocking customer service. Firstly, with a company address in the UK I didn’t expect that my purchase would be sent from overseas. I’ve been told it’s held in customs and I can track but no tracking sent. Promised tracking not received despite being promised it 10 days ago and 4 days ago. Emails not responded to.

So, what i was afraid of when purchasing these knives was getting scammed. I decided to buy the knives and the knife holder came free with the purchase. It was taking a while to receive a tracking number, as I am used to getting these right away and was concerned. That being said, the communication from the company was always very prompt and reassuring. I finally received my knives but the holder wasn’t delivered with. So I reached out to the company once again and they reassured me, again that the holder would come, that it was a weight restriction for delivery. The knives are beautiful, sharp and elegant. The delivery takes a bit, but it’s worth the wait.

Don't but anything from this company.i bought a set of knives in in 3 handles have broken.my complaint has been going on since January.they told me the knives would be replaced in April.guess what it's July now and they are ignoring my messages wouldn't not recommend. Ordered a very expensive (for me) set of knives as a Christmas present for my partner, and long story short Royal Mail ended up returning the package to sender without it reaching me. Despite the tracking link clearly showing that the package was on its way back to them, Razar customer services had me chasing up the parcel with Royal Mail to try and arrange a claim with them. After some fruitless communications with Royal Mail I had to explain to Razar that the parcel had left the country, as the tracking confirmed, and it was now up to Razar to make the claim with their delivery service because foreign customers aren't the people who can make that claim. What followed is several months of being dismissed, with my requests for an update (or a refund!) being met with "we have escalated you case to our head of shipping" and thanking me for my patience. Now maybe their head of shipping is literally the busiest person alive, but it shouldn't take 7 MONTHS to check the tracking link and rubber stamp my refund/replacement item. I feel utterly scammed. If anyone from Razar reads this (because my last email to support was ghosted) please give me my money back!! Edit: After reaching out here and asking for my order number, they've started ghosting all my emails for support. Guess if you give negative feedback they just steal your stuff?? Awesome.

absolute disgrace
absolute disgrace, I have called multiple times and its been 20 days since I have ordered and still got nothing. supposed to be a gift for someone and its 3 weeks late and haven't received any further updates apart from in transit, and I only received my tracking number after 4 times of calling. ridiculous and I would like my package to be delivered asap. update: still have not received anything and was promised a call back today with confirmation that my package will be sent to Royal Mail today. Still no call and I provided them with my email address and nothing.
