Nice knives, sharp, well made, look the business and arrived on time. I would recommend the Kari to anyone.

I love these knives. I now have 3 and can’t wait for more. They look amazing, seem to hold up in the test I put them through and stay sharp. For the price I don’t think you can beat them. Yes they take longer to arrive but they are worth waiting for.

Just got my knife took a bit longer than expected but did not disjoint at all cant wait to use at work i have a full set of classic shun i use daily but always love new knives and for the price around 130$ seems very nice i got one of the shadow series blades and its a beautiful blade would totally recommend for anyone looking for a nice blade at a decent price.

Dreadful company! Took nearly a month to arrive (I rejected) which should have been 13 days! Razar Knives kept saying DHL’s fault and when I contacted DHL they hadn’t been given the parcel! As soon as I mentioned this, their communication stopped! I put in a claim with PayPal and received a full refund today! They didn’t even respond to PayPal! After some more research, these are purchased from China and drop shipped!!! When you try to leave them feedback on Facebook, they remove the negative comments!! Order number #2122 ##UPDATE## Today I received an invoice from DHL for £28.64 for import tax which was not advised! I have refused to pay this due to the item being rejected and refund given from PayPal. Use this company at your own risk ##REPLY 26-1-21### You say you do not drop ship but your company website shows you are in PORTLAND USA My shipment came from " Shipper has generated a shipment label, but the shipment has not yet been handed over to DHL December, 04 2020 11:48 Local time | HONG KONG - HONG KONG SAR, CHINA " If you search in your search engine for "blue resin damascus knives" the exact knives show up !! I did put more detail on about their supplier but these dropshippers have asked me to remove it through trust pilot... goes to show that what i have put is true! #Update 3/6/21 Razor knives have tried to get my review removed. Make sure you keep all your documents. Notice my verified review, I kept everything to prove my experience and this shows that my review is legitimate! AVOID!! Update 24-8-22 Had the nerve to send me an email with customer reviews about how great they are!! I hope they enjoy my reply!! Can’t believe this joke of a company is still going!!!

Customer service were great

You are hit with a large import charge which is not stated when you place the order. The product takes ages to arrive and when it does you cannot get it until you pay the import duty. Customer service is useless...just a response saying “sorry for the inconvenience”.
