Because of the postal strike my order was delayed in the post, this was expected and no fault of Razor Knives the company sent me an e-mail apologizing i found this reassuring .Much to my surprise my knife and sharpener arrived a few days later, this is my second purchase i am very pleased with the product and will purchase further knives.

Ordered on 30th November. Dispatch was supposed to be 1/2 days I was told. They didn’t book in with Royal Mail until 6th December and surprise surprise Royal Mail tracking shows they haven’t even received my order into their system yet. Razor knives either don’t respond or rob you off with rubbish about the strikes then refuse to re send your order with another courier and dispute the claim with Royal Mail themselves. I needed this order for Christmas and now 2 days before it doesn’t look like it’s happening. Razor knives have now stopped responding full stop and just send messages thanking me for my patience, which ran out a long time ago when they refused to do anything what so ever about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY TAKE YOUR’RE MONEY AND YOU DON’T GET YOU’RE ORDER

ABYSMAL, AVOID! Ordered on 28th November and STILL no order. The communication is coming from China. This IS NOT a UK company this is a Chinese drop n ship service! Stick is mass produced and shipped from China. I was given a RM tracking on the 6th Dec which STILL states “item being sent to us”! I have to say they have got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I have now initiated a charge back on my credit card! All the messages I get are “Thankyou for your kind understanding and patience”!!! My patience has now worn out £175 for excuse after excuse!!!! Reply to their reply: The business owner contacted me last night an offered a FOC gift to remove this review nothing more, STILL leaving me with no item. I have in WRITING these Knives are from China and communication is from Philippines!! RM have not even got my package yet though owner “claims” he has UK stock he can send out but he would “loose out in 2 sets of knives”! Please do not respond pretending to care! It’s been 5 weeks and still not come in from China! Also read the reviews which are the same as mine! And now been blocked from communicating with them!

Knives ordered on 29th November and turned up yesterday just in time for Xmas…tried the chef knife on a joint of beef n pork and it went through like a hot knife through butter…very impressed

Ordered on the 29th November 2022, and paid an extra £9.99 for express delivery which was to be delievered between 6-13 business days. Still haven't received my item, a little frustrated as this is a Christmas present. Cheers

PRODUCT STILL NOT DELIVERED. Terrible "Priority delivery" service. I ordered the delux set of Phantom knives as a Christmas gift on December 1st 2022 after checking Razor knifes delivery times and taking this in to account thinking that they would be delivered in plenty of time. After contacting the customer services and speaking to a member of the customer service team several times chasing up the order and to be told I would be contacted by thier dispatch manager I still have not had any form of correspondence from Razor knives. The website terms are not very transparent as they should be. A priority service from any other company would be 48hr delivery. After paying the extra for a "priority' delivery service it clearly is not. Royal mail have and are striking and this is no excuse. Everbody has had more than enough notice to arrange an alternative courier service than Royal Mail. I now do not have the gift that I ordered for my family member and because of the amount of the knifes cost I now no longer have the funds to find an alternative replacement. Absolutely disappointed and angry that I have been misled. Also very sad that I will not be able to give the gift that I thought I would be.

I got the Ruby Phantom set, beautiful, sharp (my thumb found out just how sharp on day 1! Didn't feel a thing). Razar clearly state some of their knives are not Damascus folded steel (laser etched to simulate). So bear that in mind when ordering. Just don't leave them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher. That would be cruel! The spiral wooden knife block just finishes off the set beautifully as well.

I was nearly put off by these knives as I went straight to the 1star reviews, I saw this was nearly always delivery complaints and rarely quality issues. I purchased these 29th November and got 18th December, I was reassured due to Royal mail strike they were doing everything they could to get these delivered, I knew there was going to be some sort of delay. These got delivered by DPD on a Sunday. The box came slighty damaged but the knives are well made and good quality, very sharp. Very happy and would recommend. Don't be put off but the negative reviews

Excellent Knives! Needed to replace my home set and loved the looks of these. No sorry at all. Super sharp, and well made, balances well in my hands. I am a professional Chef, so good quality and sharpness is extremely important to me!

Excellent knives that are true to the online pictures and the positive reviews they've received are definitely well earned. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The only difficulty was choosing which set to buy. Delivery takes a while, so if their a gift or for a special occasion, then order a month in advance, but they are well worth the wait
