DO NOT ORDER!! SCAM !!!! I ordered from this company in June and have never received the product. I asked for a refund which still hasn’t been issued, after waiting a month I eventually got a refund from the bank. The positive reviews are FAKE!!

Garstore is a massive scam! Don’t use this as you will not receive your purchase. I am currently waiting for a refund on an item I never received. This has been over a month.

Do not be tempted by their lower prices. Your items will never be delivered and getting a refund through clearpay is a nightmare

Absolute shambles of a company. Placed an order for a dewalt grinder about 2 month ago and when I realised it wasn't coming after I made the second Klarna payment I cancelled order and have been getting excuse after excuse now about my refund and they have stopped replying to my emails AVOID

Ordered a Karcher K3 washer on the 4 July and still no receipt after 7 weeks!!!Paid via Klarna 2out of 3 payments.Do not trust them.

SCAM ! Please do not purchase anything from this website they are nothing to do with Hayter and are NOT authorized dealers! They are taking peoples money and not delivering the goods.

Do not use. Ordered a pool back in July. Never arrived- cancelled order and after 4 weeks still not received refun of £220 (which we were forced to pay via Klearpay.) Still ongoing email chain from Garstore stating they have started refund process but why it takes over a month I do not know. Save yourself the hassle and pay more for a reputable company. Now in process of small claims court because this company clearly cannot deliver. Judging from all the reviews here- they need reporting to Trading Standards. Hope someone from Garstore reads this and takes action.

Well i was going to order a £400 generator, tried to speak with someone, no chance. Chat no answer, email no answer, telephone number on their website will not connect...bad reviews, glad I read them first..Rubbish service, maybe its true its a Scam.??
