I love using Photobox to create photo books as it is easy to put together exactly what I want and now I love the themed books which add an extra touch to make the books beautiful and special for the person I have made it for.

I wanted to create a memory album for my daughter. It was perfect. The quality of the photos were excellent, and most of all, she was happy with it.

I am really pleased with the finished product. I like to order and arrange the photos myself which I can do with your software. However I prefer the old system where you could manually adjust the size of the images which does not seem so easy to do now. Or have I missed a trick

Always excellent service

The most irritating thing is that when you have carfully put your photos in the order that you want them in the book when you upload them the order changes. And there is no point in giving them a title as there is no info accopanyiing the photos.

Very dissatisfied with customer service as my item diddnt arrive a gift for my father’s 90th birthday! Offered to re print but will not authorise a refund unacceptable
