My order never arrived and I was told to wait another 7 days from the date my order was due before they would issue a refund. My order was meant for mother's day and a month later had still not arrived when I was finally issued a refund.

Great prints, fairly affordable, very quick delivery. They lose a point for not protecting the printed surfaces better; anything printed using their 'mounted print' option will more often than not arrived with small dents or scratches. The company will happily replace any, but replacements have often arrived with the same problems.

The quality of our photo book that we ordered is amazing. We are very pleased with the result and the book arrived very quickly.

Ordered 3 square books with soft covers. All came with hard cardboard covers. All pictures were off centre on the pages. One had damaged corners. They sent 3 replacements. 2 still had hard cardboard covers. The third was pictures of someone else’s family. Goodness only knows who has the pictures of my child! They’ve offered another reprint and a voucher for money off a future order. They have no idea where the photos of my child are.

"I NEVER KNEW THAT ABOUT THE RIVER THAMES" I recently completed the last of a series of photographic books I have made about a journey along the river Thames. I was a bit concerned that there would be something things different with the updated software that would make it look different but I need not have worried, it looks just the same. The updated system is easy to use and there have definitely been some improvements.
