Your Online software is a mess! Not all photos I upload to PhotoBox actually show up on the offline version! always see to miss a few.

Creating a photobook with Photobox is now a really good and simple experience once you understand how the process works. Being a long term customer it was a challenge to get to grips with the recent changes to thier on-line editor system. But now I have done it a few times it is much easier. I like that you can add pictures by dragging them to the on-line website. There is quite a good selection of page layout settings, but there could be more added from Photobox looking at the regularly used page layouts from customer photobooks and adding them on. One thing I do miss is the copy, paste and save a favourite layout while you are creating a photobook, that would be a really good addition. But overall things have settled down on Photobox and once you have ordered a product the delivery service is very good.

Awful change to the system, NOTE - if you upload photos into your photobox album, you cannot then print from this album but instead need to upload each photo again from your computer to order a print. Just wasted 3 hours of my life. Customer service were useless. I thought we were in the era of excellent technology!?

Overall excellent service. Unparalleled. No meaningful competition. Customer satisfaction first organization.

I have used this company many times and have been pleased with the albums I received. I have recently had two wedding albums made, unfortunately when using the software to layout my photos, I left a box on one of the pages where the text is put. When I received the album, I had a white box over the photo. I ordered another album but this time a large photo was blurred, the photo I uploaded was very clear.Before, if a photo was not clear or you made a mistake, they would contact you. They also use to check the product before it was sent out. There is no link to comment on my order. The only contact from them is an invitation to leave a review. So unfortunately its only 3 stars from me , as their usual high standards have not been followed in both my orders.

I have been using Photobox for photo books for ten years with beautiful results. I only use the facility to create my book from scratch and the ability to shuffle photos on the page is great. I am very happy with the results and I have found that any problems have been sorted by polite, helpful staff. However, over the years some aspects of the editing suite are now disappointing eg. The ability to shuffle photos across 2 pages, the very restrictive options for the front cover and the removal of the beautiful subtle page backgrounds in favour of very brash designs.

Poor service not what it used to be. I have 2 vouchers but can't use has photobox have promotions. What is the point having vouchers if you can't use it? I want to use my vouchers as it will be the last time I shop at photobox. Cewe are much better. Photobox are liars cheat. What's the point contacting customers service they do nothing. Photobox will start to lose all their customers.

As always I enjoyed creating my photo book - a large hard cover book with matt cover and gloss pages. I had to start it on my phone as I was waiting for a new laptop and that was very limiting and I couldn't change the cover photo size nor the text. I was given assurance this wouldn't be the case if using a computer. The help contact, Adnan was extremely helpful which is very important when there are queries to be answered so well done!

Not as intuitive as previous system. Also, I miss the page where you can see all the pages on one screen. (Or I couldn’t work out how to get it.)

Fabulous canvas reflects the photo of the moments so well. The wooden framework a little basic but would order again
