Nice quality book, easy to set up and nice little gift

I have made many photo books with Photobox and have always been very happy. Today was the first time I have used the new platform. We spent an hour carefully selecting photos and adding them to a Photobox album. Then chose the book we wanted. Was a little upset that a spiral bound book was no longer available. Well, there was no option to access the album I had created to choose which photos went where, so I had to go back into the computer and select the photos again and create another folder on my computer. There is no option to show which photos you have already used or not, so creating your own layout without doubling up was challenging. I tried the automatic layout, photos were just added in chronological order, cropped and muddled. I could not move photos from one page to another if I wanted to put certain themes together. There was no spaces left to add any text and when I tried to add text on top of a picture it was not visible. I will not be using this again.

I searched google for somewhere that could deliver a Mother's Day present before Mother's Day. Photobox advertised a personalised item as 'arrives in time for Mother's Day' and delivery by 29 March. There was no 'estimated delivery' or any ambiguity about whether the item would arrive in time for Mother's Day - Photobox had added a banner to the item page saying 'arrives in time for Mother's Day'. I purchased from them on this basis. The item didn't arrive by 29 March, or 30 March, or Mother's Day. Photobox had added a 'arrives in time for Mother's Day' banner to the item page to trap buyers. They need reporting to trading standards for false advertising. Unscrupulous business. It's completely unethical

I’ve been using photobox for around 15 years and have ordered over 50 photobooks in that time. I was previously always very happy with them but since merging with bonusprint last year the quality has noticeably declined and I was disappointed with the last couple of orders.

The recent changes to editing software haven't improved the process of making a photobook. Print quality is good, but if you like to personalise your book, rather than have it created automatically with photos organised randomly, it's frustrating.

Easy design online, good print standard and fast delivery.

Great quality book and photos. My only criticism is that I paid for a faster delivery which didn’t arrive on time to give to the recipient

After a number of years and many photo albums that I have been thrilled with, Photobox has changed their system. I cannot work out how to pick photos from the album and put them where i want them in my new creation. I eventually took the time to call and speak to someone this morning, who basically implied that I did not now have the flexibility to do this. Then the line went dead! Not impressed - but moreso because I have always recommended and been very happy with previous customer service and product.

Good item but I had to recreate it myself. I tried to reorder but couldn't not edit and the customer service person I spoke to was not helpful

Had some photos enlarged and they are really nice. It was easy to upload and edit the photos and there were options for different finishes. Fast delivery as well. Always use photobox.
