Same good quality and quick process however it got significantly more expensive since they merged Photobox and Bonusprint.

My order has still not turned up! I placed an order that was advertised to be made and delivered to me before Mother’s Day. I also paid the extra £6.99 for express delivery just to make sure which obviously is a con and means nothing. Can’t comment on the product because it hasn’t turned up and the tracking number doesn’t work. In contact with customer service and they continue to fob me off with if it doesn’t turn up in another week then request a refund. Would be nice to just have a service you can rely on so my children could have given their mother a nice present for the special day. In my experience I would avoid photobox and I will be using another company going forwards. Edit: As you can see by the reply still no help as I have previously mentioned in my comment I have spoken to customer support who are extremely unhelpful

Have always used Photobox but sadly , the prices have increased so much that I am reluctant to keep using them. The product that is produced is great, hence why 2 stars instead of 1, but no longer good value for money

Ad on website said album ready in time for Mother’s Day. I ordered but paid for express delivery as I wanted to make sure. Still not received it! My two young grandchildren are really disappointed as they wanted to present the album to their mum. Customer service has you jumping through hoops and they haven’t responded either. I think I deserve a full refund as I had to buy a replacement gift. I bought this from you in good faith, Photobox- don’t make promises you can’t keep! ** Update - I was told ‘give it until the 4th April to be delivered- what? Banner headlines when I ordered - buy now for delivery in time for Mother’s Day. That’s why I bought it- no use now! BUYER BEWARE! FURTHER UPDATE: After requesting to speak with a senior member of staff I was messaged and a refund has been issued. The matter has now been resolved,hence the upgraded rating, however the disappointment remains.

Photobox is the best way to collate and create albums of your iconic travels. Their process of uploading of photos from your phone or computer is very easy to navigate, as is the creating of albums.

Amazing product from my photo uploads. Speedy service and cracking overall result. Made a fantastic 60th birthday present special.

Good quality book, good value on the offer. Using my I pad was a bit awkward, not able to move pages around like I could before. Also not able to select the same font and size through the book which would be very useful and save time. On the whole still a good result.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw. It was apparently produced and sent, but never received. When I contacted Photobox, they said it would be produced and shipped quickly. Again, it never arrived. No explanation given. It was intended as a Valentines gift. No explanation given despite multiple contacts sent to Photobox. I did receive a refund at least, but otherwise they just ignored my messages. Waste of time and money. Very disappointing experience and lacking customer service. Will not order from here again.
