You changed the terms of an offer I had already bought. Just the latest in a series of dumbing down changes which has made it impossible to use Photobox in the future. Disappointing as I produce 8-10 photobooks a year. Your customer service, once your greatest asset has deteriorated, undermining my confidence.

The quality of this book was not as good as previous books so I was a little disappointed. It could have been that I did not request glossy paper which may have made a difference.

I ordered a small photobook which had to be reprinted TWICE, before the item was produced correctly. My creation was saved, with all the photos I'd selected, yet it was wrong on the first and second time of printing. The photo on the reverse of the book's cover, was omitted. Finally, a third book arrived that was right, although the cutting edge on some pages were then off. I'd lost the will by then, to ask for a fourth reproduction. What I want to know, is how much money must they be raking in, if they're happy to keep reproducing extra books for free, without asking for the return of the wrongly produced items.

I was a Bonusprint fan for many years…and the merge with Photobox was seamless… allowing me to continue having the same excellent products and service. Hope products will continue being shipped from EU countries to other EU countries to avoid extra costs for goods shipped from the UK!

Order Cancel + Customer Service Issues
I made a purchase at 2am last night. St 6am this morning, I wanted to cancel 1 of the 3 pictures I ordered. I tried calling the number that Photobox gives to you and it’s literally uncall-able. It sends you straight to a pre recorded voice message without even ringing to say that calling is unavailable… I called During Photobox opening times! I have sent 3 emails since this morning and still no answer. Why has nobody at Photobox contacted me back about my issues?! Please respond and help me. I need to get a refund for my item! Please reply to this and allow me to speak to a real person about this issue. My product wasn’t in production when I sent the email this morning and nobody has gotten back to me all day. I’ve sent 3 overall at this point and there has been no reply what so ever. I have used the terrible Phoebe AI chat, I have called many times, I have emailed a few times and I got NO ANSWER at all. Please can I talk to somebody about my order. Please! Photobox, contact me with my email: My Order Number: SPB022535594575 please help cancel and refund it.

Just disgraceful. They actively advertised ‘Guaranteed delivery for Mother’s Day’. It was even a mother’s day package. No delivery. Unbelievable. Too late to get anything else meaningful. I shall be reporting to trading standards. I suggest anyone else ripped off by them in this way does the same. Edited following response: No, just refunding the delivery charge is not compensation and does not correct it. Your marketing was fraudulent and beyond that, it suggests a company that will do anything for clicks.

Empty promises for a premium price
Ordered a photo book for Mothers Day nearly a week ago. Paid the extra postage for ‘guaranteed delivery for Mothers Day’. Have waited for notifications all week and only just received a notification that it has now been sent to Royal Mail. Not a chance that this will be delivered in time before tomorrow. I’ve paid the extra money and they’ve not kept to their side of the deal. Dishonest and false advertising which has left me feeling cheated. They left it too late in the day. I’d have chosen one of the other companies if I’d known. Really poor time management from them and appalling customer service. Will remove this if by some magical chance the gift turns up on time.
