Nice easy way to order my picture and the end result is fantastic.

There have been many changes to Photobox’s photobook product in recent months. I like the facility to create books offline and then upload when ready to print. However, I am very disappointed that the new version no longer stores albums made on the old version as I have been unable to re-print any of these albums (I had over 20) and going forward the albums made on the new version will only be available for 18 months. My albums have 120 pages with multiple photos on most pages with text so it is simply too laborious to re-create. I wish Photobox had given advance warning that they were going to disappear. I would have liked there to be more options for the order in which the uploaded images are displayed i.e. by filename as I rename them so that the photos are in rough chronological order and makes it easier to search for the image I’m looking for. The placement of photos and editing of the frames seems to be more fiddly and time consuming too. It looks like the shuffle button to re-arrange frame layout and to re-order photo images within the frames has also vanished. The option for a Matt cover also seems to have gone.

I have had overall a good experience with Photobox but the last photo book I got the printing was terrible the colours were too saturated. I received a full refund but I expect quality control to be better.sadly I now use ant company.

Absolutely heartbroken. First Mother's Day for my wife, instead of a beautiful gift I'll be explaining why I have nothing to give her. Paid photo box for the highest tier of delivery on the photo-book I ordered, advertised as GUARANTEED MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERY, with this same message splashed all over their website. Have patiently waited for a delivery update this week only now to be told there is a production delay with the item, a day before mother's day, with no opportunity to arrange an alternative gift. This shouldn't be an option for a company who's core business is built around gifts for special occasions. Can't even explain how upset I am by this, will be sure to spread my story and would advise anyone to stay well clear of this website. A precious day that will be tarnished forever. Gutted

Great service! Really pleased with my photobook. Loved building them and found the site easy to use. My only wish is that I could add one page and not have to add two. The will definitely continue to more orders. Thanks

Awful un-intuitive website for ordering prints. I could not order prints from my already uploaded album so I had to upload them all again in the print-ordering area. Then, they are presented in a random order with no filenames and I need to order different numbers of prints from each of my photos! It took me a while to get that right, matching up each image with the tiny uploaded one on the order page and changing the number required. What happened? This new way of doing things does not work well - at least for prints which I would have thought was the very basic service that should be offered and work seamlessly. I have used Photobox for years but I will look at alternative services in the future.

Easy to use app. Very easy to compile albums. Great quality and return delivery usually earthier than quotation.

Consistent quality throughout. We’ve now made image books of all of our latest holidays and they’re great to look back on and re-live the holiday. They’re very competitively priced and offer many different options. What I like about the page templates is you can still alter them to get the exact look you’re after. I also love the ability to share the book online too.

Fun to make the books and lovely to receive them and they make unique presents.
