I used to like photobox! I used to print all of the photos off of my phone every 6 months and it was super simple! Upload your photos, select all, edit some cropping and click order. Now you can't do that and have to manually upload all of the photos from your computer.... Well hold on Photobox! I uploaded my photos onto your website to avoid doing this! (Why doesn't it tell you it's changed how you print photos prior to uploading them to) It also doesn't seem to upload all of the photos I've selected and I'm forever auditing the order THEN it duplicates the photos I've manually re-uploaded so I've 2 of every photo in my online account. EDIT: to acknowledge Photobox reply - I actually spoke to customer services before posting this review. They merely apologised and acknowledged it was a feature that you removed after a recent update.

I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Each time I create a photo book, the process gets more complicated - and now a tutorial is necessary! When placing my order, I didn't request glossy pages, but there seemed no way to delete that - or the unused extra pages, resulting in what I thought was an expensive book. The quality was high, so I have no issue with that. Plus, I missed the 40% off by one day!

It is not possible to order prints from Albums created in Photobox.
As I long standing customer of Photobooks I uploaded several hundred photos of a trip to Canada into Albums last November only to discover that they could not be used to obtain prints. In order to do this I would need to upload the photos AGAIN. The system used to allow this but at some point the facility was removed. I called again today and this is still the situation. There may be plans to bring it back but no timescales are available. Albums can only be used to obtain products like photobooks, calendars etc. If you just want printed copies of your pictures I suggest you go elsewhere, which is what I am going to do.

Voucher difficulties
Since March 21st, I have been proactively reaching out to the service centre, both via phone and email, regarding issues with my voucher. Today is March 30th, and my voucher expires tomorrow. I am quite disappointed with the level of service this time. I expect a more efficient resolution.

Product great and as expected. However we paid extra to have it delivered on Fri (the day before we went on holiday) and it actually was delivered and left in a bin which are neighbors usually put out for us when we are away. Fortunately we were able to get a friend to retrieve it in time.

False advertising - doesn't come with a way of hanging it
I ordered a mounted print and it arrived with nothing on the back, so I have no way of hanging it on the wall. There was an option at checkout to 'upgrade' to an expensive hanging kit for £8, but I thought I would be fine with whatever standard option they provided. The set of photos advertising the mounted prints includes a picture showing some sort of hanging kit, so it's fair to assume this is what you get. It's a print for hanging on the wall, after all. The ability to hang it is hardly an 'upgrade', surely it's essential. Nothing on the main page describing the product and where you create the print mentions anything about needing to pay extra for this. Photobox do not acknowledge this and are only "sorry that you feel mislead". Avoid.
