The book was filled with great memories and to have them printed in a book to keep is just perfect. The book was great quality.

Photobox makes everything SO easy. After a great holiday that 11 of us went on, we had loads of photos we wanted to put in a book. Couldn't have been easier. They did all the hard work of setting it out and unbelievably set out a sample in more or less the right order and we made just a few changes. The final product on their glossy paper looks amazing and we ended up ordering 6 copies as everyone wanted one. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Well done Photobox.

New editor is faff unless you are a professional Cost of books has rocketed and not value for money The new offers for credits which offer the best value are different each time so it's harder to work out how or when to get the best price Credits only last 2 months and you can't pay to extend them. It's not always convenient to create a book then and there as they take hours if you want to personalise them However, the glossy pages are stunning, tge colours pop off the pages. Very impressed with those

My order never arrived via NL Post which is the courier service that they use. their customer service reprinted the photo album and said they would send it again and use a different courier service. the same happened the second time as they sent it via NL Post. When i informed a customer service agent via the chat she was rude. We reached 2 months after the initial to realize that it would never arrive. the cost was 145 Euros which they refunded. terrible service as they cannot control their courier service.

Paid for delivery of my photobook of my mom’s photos after she died but it never arrived, they kept saying in transit then I heard nothing so contacted photobox to be told it had got lost and they would reprint and sending a new one. It was a gift for and weeks too late. No apologies given, pretty poor service for expensive delivery cost of a small thin A5 album.
