I had an issue with a photobook when it arrived and I was able to contact customer services very easily and they issued a new photobook to replace the faulty one I received. No company will be 100% perfect so how they deal with complaints is very important. Five stars from me for how mine was dealt with. I have now been dealing with photobox had received many photobooks, I would recommend the service to anyone who is interested in converting their photos to something tangible.

A fantastic way to look back and reminisce. I am so pleased with these photobooks. We have purchased before and will do so again. I have had no hesitation in recommending to friends and family as well. Easy to design and review in draft . I received my photobooks only a week after placing the order. They are excellent quality, the pictures look fabulous . Highly recommended for quality of product, price and quick delivery

5* …. but this was only because I bought a 2nd book (the same) due to the layout of the photos being so random on the first. I’m blaming the instructions which I found unclear for a first time user who hadn’t yet found the PREVIEW tool!

We recently used Photobox for the first time to create an album of a very special holiday. The site gave us valuable styles and layouts to create the album. It warned us if it felt the quality of some photos may not make such a good addition to our album.

This was a first for us but some of my pictures were cropped in the book. So, to me, it wasn’t a true picture. Not sure whether I missed something when ordering.

A3 wall calendar produced to photobox's usual high standard and in double quick time. Very Happy!

the product was amazing when it finally arrived. paid for expedited delivery which did not happen. Product received post standard delivery date, very disappointing

Useless service - can't print photos that have uploaded to albums they have to be uploaded again. Lost my custom with your time wasting and inconvenient photo printing procedure.

The actual final book was good but it’s more difficult now to build the pages. I ordered the smaller one first and it was rubbish - I had to re-do it in the larger size. I liked the coloured covers but the photo covers don’t really work for me.
