Fab products, will def use again

I am really pleased with the poster prints I have purchased recently except for two of my grandaughter from her dance class. They were sent the wrong size, I contacted someone on the contact us page and ask if they could be sent at the right size and also I had ordered them in Matt instead of gloss, that was my mistake and am happy to pay the extra, but I have not had any reply or received the pictures. I have since had other prints that I am very pleased with .

Great products and easy to upload. A lovely way to keep memories

I used Photobox a lot when it was Bonusprint and reluctantly have continued to use it because of the price relative to other companies and because there are many elements in the photo book process that are user friendly - such as the ease of resizing an image. But I hate the glossy covers compared with the old linen ones that used to be available. The photo covers look really cheap and tacky. I assume reducing the cost was the reason for the change.

Fast and a great photo book good quality

Always responsive and customer focussed. Easy to use platform with lots of options.

I have been using photobox for many years - however this time the quality of the book was poor. The cover and first and last page came away from the hard cover. When reported Photobox immediately reprinted and sent it again. Unfortunately this happened a second time (again a reprint with no problems) Third book is better. But the quality is definitely inferior compared to books in previous years. Probably won’t use them again.
