The ease of building the photobook and the quality of the finished product is excellent. The only issue is I wanted to take advantage of the 2 cpy discount but wanted to mail to different addresses. This wad not an option so ultimately I bought just 1 copy.

Easy to use & create photobook. Great quality

I was really really pleased with the album that I produced with Photobox. I designed my own layout with help from Photobox. I loved the additional features that you can use eg subtle background colours and patterns. Definitely a very professional end result.

Delivered ahead of schedule, really good quality print, great value.

I found the Photobook page to page editing cumbersome, think how powerpoint works.

Been using this product for many years without issues and I love the PC editing software. But the quality of the books has gone down hill since the company was taken over. I have had to send one book back for wonky pages and recently the gloss pages are satin. Had three copies sent for one book until the level for gloss was as expected. My advice would be if your not happy with the product then complain, the customer service team are excellent and they will reprint to resolve issues. Just hope the company buckle down on the quality control or users like myself will start using other products.

You're able to order a great amount of free prints of pretty much anything from camera pictures to anything on the Internet really, this was great because I like posters, but posters are so expensive and take up so much space for one specific thing. Whereas with these Prints, I can put up a lot of different things from different movies, series or games I like, allowing me to show off my interests more.

I have used Bonus Print/Photobox, for many years and always found the service to be very reliable and their creative tool excellent. It is not only user friendly, but gives me the facility I need to create products that I want: largely photographic histories, with accompanying written commentary of both the lives & adventures of my family and myself. I have 15 albums on my bookshelf. Early Feb 2025, I received a large photo book with a few loose pages (unprecedented); a quick call and with absolutely no fuss a perfect replacement arrived within a few days!

It’s not the same as it was before and takes time getting out to again

Putting my Photobook together was much more difficult than it used to be with the previous format. The page layout options were difficult to see, which made selections tricky, and then I had an issue at the end as the photo frames on some pages over spilled so had to be adjusted manually. Having used your products for several years, this was the most frustrating experience I've had building an album.
