Be warned this company uses Evri for deliveries. As expected my delivery was late and apparently it was ‘company policy’ not to take any action until 5 days after the estimated delivery date. Pathetic customer service and I would not be a customer ever again.

sadly no less than 16 of my photos came in a distorted fashion - photos I have previously ordered with you but in the format you sent today are completely unusable SINCE WRITING THIS I BROUGHT THE PROBLEM TO PHOTOBOX ATTENTION AND AM PLEASED TO SAY THEY ARE PROVIDING A REPRINT

Absolutely LOVED making my two latest books. I don’t have a computer. Just an iPad and Photobox have updated something? lol to make it much easier these days. I used to get so far and then borrow a friends computer to finish off the editing in the book. But this time it was really easier and quicker to do. The finished books are Beautiful. Thankyou.

Another good quality photo book produced and delivered. It took a little while to get used to the new software but it works well with some more versatility than the old one.

Ordered a personalised gift for a birthday. It came all the way from Germany (which took 2 weeks) where it is made all the way to my local depot only to be returned to the sender due to a typo on the address (a system error not through user input). I spoke to a customer service representative who offered for it to be remade and a refund of the shipping cost. Normally this would be a perfectly acceptable offer but when you deal in personalised product the offer should really be there for the cost to be refunded plus the product sent back to you when the warehouse receives the rejected parcel as now there's a product with an image of my family members which will just be destroyed not to mention that a redo would presumably take a further two weeks which means waiting a month for a personalised product just because of a system error. So frustrating!

As always put family calenders for the year later than planned, but once refamiliarized with the process, all went well. The calenders were delivered quickly and looked good. Just need a video to advise the novice user what is available, how to use the programme and in my case what has been updated.

Excellent book as always although you did enhance the picture on the front of the book which was a painting my granddaughter did which could have stayed as it was.
