Great photo book. Really easy to design using Photobox’s tools as they guide you through every page. Highly recommend, super easy to use even if you’ve never made one before.

We are extremely dissatisfied with both the delay in delivery and the lack of communication throughout the entire process. The product was promised to be completed on time, but it was not delivered as expected, disrupting our schedule and leaving us in a difficult position. To make matters worse, the team mixed up our book with another customer’s order, and they received our book, including our images. This is a serious breach of trust and a clear violation of GDPR. It’s incredibly frustrating that our sensitive materials were sent to the wrong customer, further complicating the situation and exposing us to unnecessary risk. The lack of support when we tried to track the order only added to the frustration. Had the team been more engaged and communicative, this could have been avoided. We were left to deal with sensitive information at risk, putting us in a compromising position. We expected professionalism in meeting deadlines and ensuring the security and compliance of our data. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. It’s clear that more attention to detail and communication would have prevented this disaster. We sincerely hope future customers don’t face the same challenges.

Not impressed. New updates have taken away a load of products that I used to use for my small business. Prices have gone up to. Time to use a competitor

im always very happy with the photobox service. I generally get one large photobook a year, and buy extras for special occasions like weddings or special holidays

The photobook returned in good time and was of a good quality. What more can you ask - well of course it would be even better if the price was a bargain too! However I prefer to go with reliability rather than cheapness and this company seems to produce a good and reliable product.

Generally very pleased with my latest photobook. However, I did notice two of the pages didn’t have the glossy finish like the rest.
