Well over priced. Want you to use advance photo option even though using a good quality photo. Change your chosen view and confuse the whole process. Wouldn’t use this company from my brief attempt of trying them.

Easy to order and quality photos.

I have used Photobox to record a number of special social events that I have shared with my friends. In making the books I have also recorded the events as stories. A recent murder party became a crime thriller. My garden Olympics became a rival to the Paris games. The books become an excellent personal memento and an even better gift solution. I love Photobox, but it does mean my friends are beginning to have expectations of future volumes! Oh! Dear. I can see a afternoon tea in an English garden coming up.

I cannot praise this company enough. The website is very user friendly & the quality of the photo books I received are top class. During the process I made an error with some text, but didn’t spot it until after I’d submitted the order. It was late Friday night, so no customer support available. I emailed, but frankly didn’t hold out much hope, however, on Monday morning Haris got back to me & helped me rectify the issue. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. Thank you ☺️

Prompt delivery, good quality product.

Use PB every year for Family Annual, plus other major events. Always great quality, vivid colours and clarity. Your speed of production has also noticeably improved over the years. My only niggle is maximum pages limited to 120. Believe it or not, I'd like more pages!

New App is a great improvement. Variety of layouts and ease of accessing photos is good; production values high and quick delivery.

Although the recent creation of a mug went ok, before Christmas I attempted to create my usual annual calendar. I found the new software very confusing and failed to understand it. If it's the same for a photo book, I suspect that sadly that's the end of my photobox creations, something I've been doing since 2012.
