Quality and prices, as always, remain good. However, your website does need sorting out. Since you have made changes, it is no longer user friendly but has become awkward and difficult to use. Having uploaded latest photos onto 'My photos', I was told by customer service that there was no way of transferring them to 'order photos' and that I would need to go through the whole process again. I then found that, although dragging photos from the imports on my laptop initially worked in transferring them to 'order photos', a while later, although they carried on uploading, 'order photos' remained at a constant number with no more being placed on order. Then all photos under 'order photos' simply disappeared - I found them all mysteriously in 'my photos' even though I had been told there was no possibility of transfer between 'order photos' and 'my photos'! Please sort out your website.

tiny autograph size book photos came out grainy so for £ 55 a load of rubbish really was a special present but I was embarrassed to give it as a present

Made calendars for years using photbox but the new system is shocking. It makes it near impossible to design anything, all previous saved projects are gone so you can't retrieve information from them for the new project. A virtual assistant which is completely useless. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Perfect product for occasion. Easy to construct, and excellent quality. Minimum pages(24) means youneed plenty of photos for it. Also double proof read if adding txt!

I was disappointed with the quality of the printing. I have since had many of the photos printed by another company and they are much clearer.

Product is good, but delivery times are misleading. Customer service on chat and via telephone were not at all helpful. Paid for express delivery, and product arrived late.
