Easy to use software, so arranging, captioning and editing is straightforward. Very good quality final product prompt despatch. We have used it for many years under its different guises and will continue to do so. Thoroughly recommended.

I picked a book which should have cost me £9.99 I had done one many many years ago and really enjoyed it … but this time maybe my age it took me hours and I found it very difficult … this was a part of a present for my granddaughters 18th birthday … it cost me £45 plus and also postage on top of that .. I was amazed and as it was a special present I paid it and got it sent to her in Stroud … which means I’ve not seen it yet but where did I go wrong … not interested in doing another one … I somehow feel I was conned and had little help!

I have always found it easy to create a photo album but it has now become very difficult. The system would not load a large proportion of my selected photos and these were photos I had taken with my phone just like the ones that loaded. I can only guess this was because I had edited some of the photos ( literally clipping them that's all ) I gave up trying and created an album that was missing about 1/3 of the photos I wanted to include

My finished photobook was excellent- good quality and lovely photos, but actually creating it was really difficult. I initially bought a credit for 100 page book but when you redeem it, it opens a 24 page book and then you have to add your extra pages. Difficult to find out how to do this - online chat completely useless! Eventually figured it out but every time I downloaded photos a couple of them disappeared which was so frustrating. I have been creating year books for the past 5 years and it takes so many hours I’m not sure I will bother again.

Ordering was easy. Prices were great. Product arrived in time too.

I have used photobox many times in the past and must admit I really struggled with the changes to the setup and creation of my latest album. However when the book has arrived I am very pleased with the quality of it, seems better than before

As usual, the product was excellent and the process of uploading photographs was fairly simple. However, I had originally reserved a photobook, but had problems finding the order and remembering the exact size and details. It would help if reminders sent from Photobox could take you straight to the chosen format as ordered.

I’ve made 2 photobooks using Photobox. The first at the end of 2023 which I found intuitive and easy to use. The second was a year later. I found the ‘improved’ App difficult to use as there is only a single folder for photos to be uploaded, so I ended up with hundreds of photos together that were difficult to sort. The older App allowed creation of subfolders which made life a lot easier. There was also a large bank of cute images relating to all occasions which has now gone. I’m also very disappointed to have completely lost online access to my first photobook since the update. Apparently an email was sent but I didn’t receive it.

I just love to have all of my photos at one place. But what I did not like when I received the book is that the preview does not show good enough how it is when it arrives and I feel like a filter was added to some of the photos (not by me).
