Always use Photobox for creating our photobooks. Excellent quality, easy to compile and delivered quickly.

Good product but since update more difficult to find lay outs that suit me. I preferred the previous selections e.g. 2/3/4/6/8 photos but do like the new multi-photo options. The automatic uploader doesn't work that well for me as distorts the crops and I think distributes the photos in an odd way - again the previous system was easier to use.

I placed an order (#SPB022409856272) for a photo album on January 17, 2025, with a delivery date of January 29, 2025, to surprise my wife on our anniversary. Despite early follow-ups, I encountered multiple delays, initially due to production issues and then technical problems. This experience was deeply disappointing. I made several calls to expedite the delivery, understanding its importance. The parcel was to be shipped to the UK from the Netherlands via DHL, where Photobox's production facility is located. Unfortunately, Photobox customer care couldn't directly contact the production team in the Netherlands apart from delayed email , resulting in significant delays. Moreover, I was informed that Photobox couldn't contact DHL couriers once the product was dispatched. This proved false, as I had to manage all interactions with DHL personally, both over the phone and in person with DHL Express Glasgow. Although Photobox apologised and refunded £4.99 (shipping cost), the hassle and distress I experienced go beyond this compensation. Therefore, I am requesting appropriate compensation for the wrong commitment and significant inconvenience I faced. Additionally, I have been unable to download the slideshow shown on your "View this online photo book" feature, and there has been no assistance provided on this matter either. Overall, my experience with Photobox has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Their customer service and communication need serious improvement.

Compared to the previous 3 years, the quality of my 2025 photo book is awful and the creation process was hard work, not fun this year. Will not be coming back next year. The delivery by Amazon was terrible! Not worth the effort or money. I'm sure they'll write some standard reply on here but honestly I wouldn't waste your money.

Ordered 8 vouchers for create later books. When created had to order each one separately and pay for individual post and packing costing £32for all and all arrived individually same day with Royal Mail elastic and a smile. . Sent email to customer support as advised in FAQ previous similar comments. No reply. Seems all run by artificial stupidity.

I found it very complicated to upload my photos as not very IT literate. The photos and speed of delivery were excellent

Always a joy to receive the photobook as a lot of work and time is being put into them. Sadly the quality of the books is beginning to lack with the pages becoming loose over time. I received my last photobook and the front and rear pages were already torn by an inch.
