My voucher expired by four days for a photo book. It cost fifty pounds. I realise I should have created the book by this date. However circumstances for me had not allowed the time required to complete the book which I don’t want to go into. I rang to request an extension which I was willing to pay for. The woman who answered it would not entertain this at all, would not accept I had paid 50 pounds and had nothing to show for it and never would. I said you have fifty pounds of my money she didn’t seem to care or realise how irritating this was. She utterly refused to put me through to a supervisor or manager stating she cannot transfer calls. This is just unprofessional and unbelievable. I had been a loyal customer and would have liked to have been treated better. They just do not want to help. I asked for contact for headquarters to complain, she said they didn’t have any. I do realise there are terms and conditions but a little bit of support would go a long way. They have certainly lost my business. Just poor customer support in every way.

We ordered 5 photo books containing pictures of our very special trip to Canada last year. We have used BONUSPRINT previously with fabulous results - always selecting matt finish due to cost constraints. Now we are dealing with Photobox we were a little disappointed with the quality of the result. Having accidentally ordered one glossy finish and the remainder matt - the glossy finish were far superior in appearance. Don’t know why this should be the case - we wonder if the production process has changed?

I love using Photobox to do my Photobooks. I’m not particularly good using the computer but I find the process remarkably easy and enjoyable. The finished product is high-quality and they usually arrive very quickly.

Have been using Photo box for many years and have always been happy with the quality of the books and gifts received. The new studio software, once I had realised I had to download it, is very easy to use. My only frustration is uploading photos through the app. Sometimes not all photos selected would upload and there was no way of knowing which photos had successfully transferred. Not great when you're moving a large amount of pictures at once. However, I would say that uploading them through the website and using the qr code worked really well.

Photo book photos were not very sharp despite using photos from a camera rather than phone. Very disappointed

they're refusing to give me a refund.!

Top quality photo albums; the vibrancy and clarity of colours are outstanding. Provided you've pre- selected your exact shots and put them in a Google album, the new 'AI create' does a huge amount of the legwork - reducing creation time of a 120 page book by many hours. Of course, you can customise once the AI does the bulk.
