Photos good quality and arrived on time

While I like my photo book I was very disappointed that despite me going to the trouble of putting the photos in Chronological order the photo book is random & the cover isn't what I wanted.

I am delighted with the Photobox book that I ordered. The book was easy to create although, I did not find the automatic layout any good (the photos were put in randomly), the end product was excellent with good print quality. Using the new year discount code the book was very good value and will be a beautiful reminder of 2024. I will use Photobox again

It was the first time I ordered an album from Photobox. I am very satisfied. I designed the album very quickly. The parcel arrived abroad quickly.

I have always used Photobox, but now I find it confusing, there are no proper instructions. I spent ages making an album, you used to be able to send to the basket for printing - no not anymore, what a waste of time, so I have uploaded and now I can't check the prints before I order from the basket - I have wasted so much time.

Ordered 6inch by 4 inch and that’s not what I got😞

Photo box went beyond their normally fine customer service and corrected my original order efficiently and with good grace thank you

Some of the photos were strangely cropped. Not the same as the images I sent.

After many orders quality and delivery has always been 1st class

I had used Bonusprint for years and was happy to entrust my calendars and photo books to Photobox. However although I ordered high gloss finish for my calendar they were definitely not high gloss - also the date layout was different from what I was expecting but I might have ordered the wrong format. My last photo book was not printed on the same page thickness as my previous books. Both items were definitely not to the same standard as bonusprint. This gives me cause for concern going forward. I cannot fault Photobox service or ease of producing products.
