The quality of the photobooks are always excellent and it is now much quicker to download photos. There are always some good deals on offer; I particularly like to buy a credit in advance at a really good price, and use it when I'm ready. Delivery is usually within a week, and I live in France!

Really good quality prints, arrived on time well packaged and in the sizes I ordered. Easy to navigate the website, plenty of options for gifts and special items. Good pricing for individual prints too. Easy to download images and save them once one has set up an account. Will be returning for more!

In truth I only used Photobox as I needed my photo book in a hurry, I usually use a different brand. However I was surprised to find how much it has improved over the years and has a good selection of backgrounds, clipart etc. The one thing I really missed was being able to frame a photo. Hopefully they will introduce that feature and then I’ll seriously consider using again. I was pleased with my finished book even though it cost a lot more to ensure fast delivery.

The photo on arrived but the picture framing was very badly cut and wonky - looked really poor for £65:00. Not sure I will purchase again

The photo book is well produced and bound nicely. The system told me one photo was not clear enough which was true but I used it anyway.

I used to order loads of prints from images I uploaded to 'My Albums' without a problem. Now, I have no idea how to do so as the only instruction I get is to 'Upload' an image. So...how the heck can I order a print from the images I have stored with you???? Its fundamental yet it seems the whole ordering mechanism is messed up after your change and the 'upgrade' to the website. I have no doubt others share my frustration.
