In general I like Photo box and have used them for many years. I have one enduring problem however. In the past I prepared my photos, cropping out unnecessary background etc., then uploaded my pictures. Photo box would then apply further cropping or resizing to make my pictures fit the templates. This sometimes spoilt my pictures and I had to start again. If the template sizes or proportions were listed on an easily found part of the website life would be considerably easier.

Arrived very quickly and all safely packaged. Good value for money as I managed to get a good percentage off the original cost.

First of all I was pleased with the end results, I ordered a calander and a photo book. However I found the process of uploading my photos to your programme a nightmare. Most of the time when I clicked the photos did not upload. I literally had to do this 20/30 times. At first I thought it was me, but it did randomly upload. In the end, ai just made my products up with what I was able to save. A very frustrating process. The other thing that is very annoying is how easy it is to click on loads of pictures you don’t want, then you have to un click them all. The rest of the programme is not too bad ie I was able to follow.

I made an error in my albums and asked was there anything they could do to help. They kindly sorted the issue straight away, something I am so very grateful for. It's rare that a company, never mind an online only company, easily show compassion for people however the company and staff at photobox have done just that. Sincerely thank you .

I have been using Photobox since approx 2009 & have a library of books - such a great way to retain the best of the thousands of photos that I seem to take! The quality is generally excellent & the books last, so do the colours!! Occasionally I have had to use customer service & the support team have been very helpful. I haven’t fully got to grips with the new studio though. It would appear that the ability to swap photos has disappeared (if you just want to change the position of one or two once you like the layout). I would like to see the return of three months to create on the vouchers - this allows for planning ahead. I always make my albums from scratch ie I never use the autofill - as this is time consuming, a longer period would be most helpful.

Always receive excellent photos and very quick delivery sometimes quicker than stated

I’ve had two photo books made from this company from two holidays that we’ve been on. I only ordered small ones mainly for storage purposes. They are really nice, even though they’re small you can still see what each picture is. Good quality & worked out at a reasonable price for the amount of pictures I had. Good communication through Emails as one took a bit longer than the other. Appreciated this as it kept me informed. I would order from this company again. Thank You.

The new platform is really easy to use. It is very user friendly, because the pictures do not need to be downloaded. I will definetly continue using this photobook.

Tried 3 times to buy some more picture prints from you but it came up saying unable to load a print ?

So thrilled with my photo book! I had a few queries as I was creating and they were answered very quickly and helpfully on their Facebook help line. Throughly recommend Photobox
