I was so disappointed with my Mum's calendar. I felt encouraged to purchase the 'premium' glossy paper. When I arrived I realised it's not fit for purpose as it's impossible to write on. When I queried it with photobox they recommended a whiteboard style pen. This is also unsuitable as they aren't fine enough. I'm having to reorder ar my own expense. In addition I would have liked to order the exact same calendar in a bigger size but this isn't possible either. This calendar is a labour of love and I so disappointed with the result. I've used photobox every year for my mum's calendar but I will go elsewhere in future.

I have been using Photobox for many years , I make a year photo book for my granddaughther and I must say the last book I done was not that easy , why oh why do they keep changing the lay-out , just keep it simple .

I ordered 3 calendars, one was perfect, the other 2 had the months mixed up and some of my notes missing. Not very impressed. I was going to order some more but now I will not.

Final product exceptional but disappointed that maximum number of pages had been reduced from 160 to 120 and found some of the new format workings difficult/frustrating to manage.

I love putting photos together for Photobox calendars and photobooks. The end result is always impressive and the recipients are always so please with their gift.

Always easy to use

I ordered a product for a birthday party which was supposed to be delivered on 30/01 (required for 31st). It did not arrive and I received an email to say that it is due to be delivered on the 1st of February. When I contacted customer services I was dismissed with an email stating that they use third party couriers so have no control over their delivery schedule. Absolutely no offer to look into it or attempt to chase it up to try and expedite delivery. Really poor experience with this company and I will not be using them again. My advice to others is avoid. Stick with Moonpig or Funky pigeon etc- their reliability and excellent customer support is far superior.

Easy to select and upload photos, good range of products. Really pleased with my album, and the ones I've purchased previously.
