Photos appear much darker than they should

I ordered five photo books. The brightness of some of the photos is very different from book to book. Some are far too dark- very disappointing.

Late delivery

Ordered for my husband’s birthday and paid highest postage cost for speedy nominated day delivery. Parcel didn't arrive on my nominated day and response I received is below. Surely they should not give the option for nominated day deliveries if they can’t guarantee delivery Please accept my apologies that your order wasn't delivered at the expected arrival date, however, unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a refund for the delivery cost. While I do understand that this is frustrating, we are constantly striving to improve and be better as a customer service. In the meantime, please let me know if I can assist you further? Once again, I am so sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused but please be advised that the expected arrival date was set by the system and as the delivery is in the hands of the courier, a delay within 5 days can sometimes unfortunately happen.

not delivered when promised, useless customer service

Ordered a photo book online, delivery date upon ordering was for the 1st February (8 days time), which is when I needed it by. After purchasing my confirmation email said that it wouldn't be arriving until the 4th. I contacted customer services who were useless and couldn't comprehend what I was saying. I would have ordered elsewhere if it wouldn't arrive in time! Why give false delivery dates

The final product was excellent. The new software took a little time to master but once I got used to it it was pretty straightforward.

I used the desktop version of Photobox

I used the desktop version of Photobox, having used the website version many times previously. I found it so much better with so many options for creating something more than just an album of photos. The extras including backgrounds and scrapbooks gave me greater options to use my creativity and make my book more readable and personal. Loved it!

I could not follow the instructions

I could not follow the instructions, too may boxes to tick & understand. Had to get my son-in-law to do it for me, he also found it difficult. The book was great we finally received in the end, just too difficult to negotiate the system.

Please improve recent software update

I always use PhotoBox to make calendars and photo books. I would usually give them 5 star. However now the option to ‘hide used photos’ is gone on the photo book maker which makes it impossible to make a book using hundreds of photos so I’ve now had to go elsewhere. It seems a shame to update the software but remove this very basic and needed tool!

Service is excellent but wording on…

Service is excellent but wording on offers needs to be better. Offer said “includes layflat pages” but when I got to payment they added on a charge per page. And I had 120 pages ! It more than doubled the price !!!
