I have been creating photobooks and calendars with photobox for more than a decade, and prints for about 20 years. The main attraction is the price you can get with offers. Although in my experience offers are not always what them seem, the greater the discount the higher the basic price is stated to be. Sometimes the discount structure works really well and you can get a fantastic price especially when ordering multiple copies of the same item. Print quality can sometimes be rather mediocre, colour casts particularly browns can be a problem. Any print quality issues, customer services normally blame on photo enhance feature which is automatically switched on. If you speak to customer services about print problems I have found them to be pretty good at reprinting orders, although on some rare occasions the reprint is sometimes as bad if not worse than the original. Currently - January 2025, I'd like to create a photobook myself (not autoarrange), I have uploaded all the pictures to an album on photobox, but am unable to "select all" to use in the photobook, there is a new desktop application for PC but everytime you try to apply settings to the whole book such as layout, background colour and font it throws errors and crashes. Past experience of long term technical issues with photobox interface (with difficulty of reporting and lack of change) leads me to look elsewhere for creating my photobook of family pictures from last year.

Photobook, calendar and mug ordered. Delivered before end of time frame given. All of good quality. Have ordered photobooks many times but first exploration into other items. Pleased with what I received which was packaged appropriately for the individual item and not excessive, so waste minimised.

Do not like the lack of flexibility in the new photobook system. You used to be able to shift around photos and formats per page and sort your photos in a much more user-friendly way. The quality of the end product remains good.

The calendar was delivered on time and without any hassle. The layout has been improved and all our photos have been well reproduced even though some of the originals were not of the highest quality.
