Last Photobook ever using this company. I have been making photobooks with Photobox every year since 2008, capturing the photos of my daughter growing up for my wife and I and 2 sets of grandparents. Also made photobooks for exceptional holidays and special occasions usually ordering multiple copies. I will never use Photobox again. The new App is clunky and difficult to use. I also bought 3 vouchers to redeem my photobooks against saving some money in the process. This is what I have done for the last 5 or 6 years, only Photobox have made these very difficult to redeem. I have to upload the photobooks individually to the basket on the Photobox website (which can take up to 39 minutes) as only one voucher can be used at a time. This means three lots of postage to be paid and excess packaging (so much for their environmentally friendly credentials!) I have used the previously based customer services in the past. Their customer services are no longer UK based and were useless - they insisted 3 separate purchases was the only way I could use my three vouchers. So goodbye Photobox - I will not miss your new clunky App, poor customer services and voucher scam.

STAY AWAY! Very poor customer service
I ordered a photobook as a present for my husband on our anniversary. I paid a premium for a fast delivery (within 10 days I believe). I did not receive any update on my order but when I logged into the website (as my order was 2 days late by then), I saw that it was delayed and not yet produced. I have not received any notification of this delay by email or message on my account, which I think is not good. When I contacted customer service to know when my photobook will be delivered (as it was already 2 days late at that point in time), they were never able to let me know. They straight away refunded my postage costs (less than 5% the amount of my total order) although I explained that this is not what I'm asking for. I just want to know when my product will be delivered! The photobook arrived days later and now that I am trying to contact them to get part of the product refunded, they are saying they have already refunded me the postage costs. Now, I have tried to continue to message them over 2 hours and no one is even answering my chat messages. I have rarely experienced such poor customer service, I will definitely never order from Photobox again and would not recommend it to anyone!

Send out the original ordered jigsaw puzzle first time...I'm not impressed at all with the service. Some random now has a jigsaw puzzle I ordered for my partner. With her in the puzzle. No real apology from you, in fact you implied you were doing me a favour by resending out the correct jigsaw puzzle " at no additional cost" lol. Gee thanks...truly awful if you want my opinion.

Sometimes the print photos are good
Sometimes the print photos are good; but on some occasions there are print problems. Often a print batch comes back really dull and has no zing, compared to the image I view on my computer. Also, there is no way to print a "panorama" photo onto 6x4. This is a dreadful situation because it used to be possible. I had a long "chat" with Photobox and what was annoying was the person struggled to admit it used to be possible.

I have used Photobox for the past 10 years for gifts and our annual photo album - A3 120 pages, gloss paper. They do a great job and if you wait for one of their offers, you get good value. The quality is excellent - think how much it would have cost to have all your photos developed the old fashioned way... ...just use Photobox and get your pictures out of the digital world and into reality.

Annual yearbook success!
I've made at least one photo book a year for about 12 years and stick with the same format so they all look the same. The software seems to change annually so it's never quite the same - not everything is an improvement but I've managed another one this year and it looks good, apart from some of the captions on my pages being too close to the edges. Once ordered, delivery is prompt and packaging is strong so the book arrives looking pristine. Always pleased.

Poor photobook pricing strategy.
Updated software allows easy, quick and effective creation of a photobook, however your photobook pricing strategy/model prevents easy and quick purchase of a "value for money" photobook, requiring the need to constantly look out for deals and offers that are not readily available.
